The Wedding
On Saturday I went to the wedding of two of my closest friends Christine and Ronald. The ceremony was at the Chinese Gardens. I was running a little late so I missed most of the ceremony. Damn traffic....
Christine looked gorgeous in a baby pink dress. Ronald had a smile from ear to ear. It wasn't your traditional wedding (which I prefer). Chris had a brides man instead of your standard bridesmaid. The reception was at the Rydges Jamison. It was a really nice hotel and the function room was really big. I dont normally cry much at weddings but I must say this one made me cry.
One of our friends at work sang a song for the newlyweds. Anna is one of the best singers I know and she learnt a song in Mandarin. How amazing is that. She sang Coco Lee's "A Love Before Time". I had chills when she started to sing. I looked at the Bride and she was crying. My brother gets married soon and I thought oh yeah just another wedding. Now Im kinda dreading the tears and the smudgy make up.
